Brightergy goes OOB

It’s easy to overthink things. Tech platforms can be customized to the point that they become overcomplicated and cumbersome. Our client, Brightergy, took a different approach with their Salesforce platform. They wanted the power that Salesforce offers to grow relationships with their customers, but without the “debt” that often builds over time. So, we limited their new Salesforce org to out-of-the-box - OOB - functionality.

The end result? In a little over a month, we migrated tens of thousands of leads, accounts, contacts, legacy opportunities, and several Brightergy-specific data objects. Will, their CEO, couldn’t be happier. More importantly, Brightergy’s team members are able to get more done with the simplified experience.

Next steps? Now that their team members have a new experience and continued training and support from Tenger, Brightergy remains dedicated to OOB while introducing integrations and automation that makes their team members’ experience even better.
